Shayne and I are so grateful for your help in removing the tree and vine in the backyard of our new house. Given the confined space that you had to work in, we were impressed that there was no damage to the fence, garage, or house! Even when your trailer broke at the eleventh hour, you were able to find a substitute and keep the job moving. And when we asked if you could cut the trunk to make tree rings for our wedding centrepieces, you came through again! Amazing customer service - completely above and beyond our expectations.
Your professionalism was even noted by our neighbours, who were so thrilled to have the tree down (you helped us make a good first impression with our neighbours!).
While we do enjoy trees and recognize their importance in the urban landscape, this tree had to come down, and you made it look easy.
